Founded by Rodolfo “Rudy” J. Rivera, PE, in Austin early 2003, on the belief that successful engineering designs integrate community needs and environmental sensitivity.

The company has quickly grown to include engineers, planners, public involvement specialists, and other transportation professionals located in San Antonio, Edinburg and Austin.
