Founded by Rodolfo “Rudy” J. Rivera, PE, in Austin early 2003, on the belief that successful engineering designs integrate community needs and environmental sensitivity.

The company has quickly grown to include engineers, planners, public involvement specialists, and other transportation professionals located in San Antonio, Edinburg and Austin.

Founder / President
Within the State of Texas, Rudy is a
leader in the field of transportation
planning. He is a Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Value Specialist (CVS), and a Certified Structured Professional Facilitator (CSPF) with over 40 years in transportation engineering and over 25 years of experience as a PM.
Rudy Founded RJ RIVERA Associates, Inc. in 2003, from a humble kitchen table to the company it is today.

V.P. Project Strategy and Development
Steve has 20 years of experience in
transportation engineering, planning and
analysis, and an additional 4 years in
roadway construction. His feasibility experience includes PEL
studies, environmental evaluations for
CEs, EAs, and EISs. His last 16 yrs have been on Traffic Engineering and Transportation planning.
Steve has been part of the team for a combined 15+ yrs .
