FM 1103 Public Involvement

RJRA served as the public involvement task leader responsible for the identification of stakeholders, the development of a public involvement plan, and the facilitation of numerous stakeholder meetings for a potential new location extension to IH 10 in Schertz, Texas. This study also included the possible widening of FM 1103 from IH 35 to FM 78. To deal with this specific issue, a meeting with affected property owners (MAPO) was held to discuss widening options.
