TxDOT Pre-Certifications

As a transportation civil engineering firm, RJRA has served many Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) districts. RJRA’s background with TxDOT begins with the president and founder of the firm, Rodolfo “Rudy” J. Rivera, PE, who was a highly esteemed TxDOT employee for 19 years. Throughout that time he served as project manager in the Austin and Tyler TxDOT districts and co-authored several of the agency's policy manuals still used today.
